In 2001 I decided to go into business and established this company. In my coachings, trainings or webinars I have endeavored for more than 20 years to coney above all issues related to communication matters. Because it is a fact, that my experiences have always proved that success or failure depend decisively on the communication skills of the people involved – especially if we are aiming to attain goals and personal satisfaction.
Small, big, national, international, simple or complex, enterprise or small team – people always have to organize their interpersonal relationships everywhere. This only works if they have the proper communication skills and attitudes.
I am a Systemic Coach and I draw on the ideas of Transactional Analysis, which says: there are no ready-made solutions. We should all know and develop our individual aptitudes and strengthen our strong points.
We all know how it is: leading staff, getting along with colleagues or- on the other side – with your superiors is not always
easy. Leadership is a daily challenge at whatever
level you are. And the
virtual approach is an additional one.
