A leading position in the private as well as the public sector involves enormous responsibility and above all long days at the office or in home-office. The first sacrifice is unfortunately leisure time. The balance between work and private life becomes unstable. Although we ourselves are part of the reason that pushes us off-balance.
Career planning is a relevant issue for many people, above all at the beginning of their professional life. Nevertheless, it is wise to reconsider this planning at different stages of life. For many people it becomes difficult to make a precise assessment. This is where my coaching starts off.
