Resolved conflicts can bond people together and allow the development of win-win situations. In short: productivity and job satisfaction will improve.

During coaching I assess with the client the diverse forms of conflicts that cause negative emotions and stress. We analyze the problems and ask: ‘Cui bono?’.

We examine the effects of unsolved conflicts on the team’s performance and on the leader’s image and his attitude towards life. On this basis we filter out together the possible ways to deal with these conflicts and develop appropriate and personal solutions using Transactional Analysis, among other methods. Clients will learn to strengthen their self-confidence and will be equipped with a whole range of constructive (virtual) communication techniques and strategies. Moreover, we examine accurately the deliberate and mostly unfair use of conflict in leadership techniques or negotiating strategies.

The aim of the coaching is that clients:

  • become aware of their feelings and those of their interlocutors,
  • develop a more differentiated insight into conflicts,
  • become able to act on it,
  • reduce stress and develop solutions on the basis of their personal values,
  • start dealing constructively with conflicts instead of avoiding them.

Whoever is capable of keeping an emotional balance in a conflict situation will recognize its hidden opportunities and will have great leadership potential.
