With the purpose to restore the balance between working pressure and personal needs, I analyze with the client first the organization’s working conditions.

It is possible that we find out that the client’s working style is not compatible with his leading position. It is often the case that executives first continue on caring for the smallest details instead of delegating. This is usually accompanied by an inefficient time management, which can be highly improved during coaching.

Above all we focus on personal behavioural patterns. It is a basic need to find out which individual parameters are necessary for the client, in order to feel fulfilled and satisfied with the job. This involves questions like these:

  • Am I really satisfied and happy with my profession?
  • Do my personal values fit the values of the organization I work for?
  • What is my motivation?
  • What makes me perform my task with ease?
  • What do I do in order to get more time off?
  • What do I do to improve my health and my body?
  • How do I organize my home-office and protect my private life?
  • How well do I use the virtual approach and what are the advantages?

The coach helps the client to understand the interaction between work and private life and to bring them in balance again.
