In the course of the coaching, we try to identify the major stumbling blocks in intercultural communication.

This analysis includes not only verbal communication but also non-verbal and online communication.

One essential condition is the capacity to listen carefully and above all to ask the right questions. This is the only way to avoid many misunderstandings from the start. Listening, asking questions and speaking with your interlocutor at eye level are things you can learn. These are precisely the issues of a coaching.

Communication between people consists of 91 to 93 % of non-verbal communication. It has been scientifically proved that there are clearly valid intercultural global common issues. Nevertheless, there is an element of risk remaining if we ignore the cultural differences in facial expression and gesture – even during a virtual exchange. Understanding only the words is not enough.
