In my seminars or webinars, I assess with the participants the diverse forms of conflicts that cause negative emotions and stress. We analyze the problems and ask: ‘Cui bono?’.
We examine the effects of unsolved conflicts on the team’s performance and on the leader’s image and his attitude towards life. On this basis we filter out together the possible ways to deal with these conflicts and develop appropriate solutions using Transactional Analysis, among other methods.
Seminar participants will learn to strengthen their self-confidence and will be equipped with a whole range of constructive (virtual) communication techniques and strategies. Moreover, we examine accurately the deliberate and mostly unfair use of conflict in leadership techniques or negotiating strategies.
